WHY VERO PILATES
Mary & Abe’s journey with Vero Pilates has been nothing short of transformative! Seeking a new way to stay active and healthy, they were drawn to Vero Pilates for its perfect blend of convenience and quality. The studio's proximity to their home was appealing, but it was the personalized attention that truly captured their hearts. Each session provided them with guidance tailored to their individual needs, allowing them to progress at their own pace—a crucial factor in their success.
Before discovering Pilates, Mary and Abe struggled to maintain a consistent exercise routine. They were searching for something enjoyable that could help them build strength and flexibility without straining their bodies. When a friend recommended Pilates, they decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be the perfect fit! Almost immediately, they noticed how Pilates made them feel stronger and more balanced.
PROGRESS WITH PILATES
Over time, both Abe and Mary have experienced significant improvements in their flexibility, posture, and overall strength. They find themselves more confident and comfortable in their daily activities, whether hiking, snorkeling, or simply enjoying life. One of the highlights of their Pilates journey has been tracking each other’s progress after classes, often laughing about the different challenges they faced during the same sessions.
OUTSIDE THE STUDIO
Outside of Pilates, Mary and Abe embrace life to the fullest. They love traveling to breathtaking destinations, including Hawaii and the stunning Northern California coast, where they find joy in exploring places like Tomales Bay and Big Sur. Their recent snorkeling adventure in Kauai was a memorable highlight, where they delighted in the vibrant marine life along the Nā Pali Coast.
At home in Long Beach, their two rescue cats, Cowie and Smokey Rue, bring additional joy and warmth to their lives. Cowie, with his clever and goofy personality, adds a lighthearted touch, while Smokey Rue, adjusting to her new indoor life, showcases an incredibly loving and playful side once she feels at home.
LOOKING FORWARD
Together, Mary and Abe’s Pilates journey at Vero Pilates has not only strengthened their bodies but also deepened their connection to one another. They are grateful for the path they’ve embarked upon and look forward to many more adventures—both in the studio and beyond.
