In October of 2018 we welcomed Lesley to our studio. Lesley brings a contagious happy vibe with her wherever she goes, but don’t be fooled! She makes you work hard and dig deep into the material. With Lesley we explored the original Pilates mat repertoire in one workshop and how your seat is a major contributor to the execution of any given exercise in Pilates in another workshop. We also spent time in a professional training session learning better methods for client satisfaction and retention. All of these workshops coupled with masterclasses contributed to an excellent program for everyone in attendance.
